AREAS OF APPLICATION
Zwaluw Mirrorfix-MS was specifically developed for bonding mirrors to substrates like wood, stone, concrete, gypsum, plasterboard, tiles, steel and aluminium. Also suitable for bonding decorative and acoustic tiles.

Shelf life
In unopened original packaging between +5°C and +25°C, shelf life is up to 18 months from production date, stored in a dry place.

Outside of these areas, the shipping cost you pay is dependent on your location and if you live in a regional area, it may depend on the size of your order. Delivery to metro areas of Durban, Johannesburg and Cape Town takes place within 2 to 3 working days from time of dispatch.

Acetoxy silicone sealant with high temperature resistance
Zwaluw Gasket-Sealant is an acetoxy heat resistant silicone sealant which cures by reacting to moisture to form a durable elastic rubber seal.
High modulus polyurethane sealant
Zwaluw Polyflex® 422 is a professional high quality sealant based on polyurethane technology which cures by reacting to moisture to form a durable elastic rubber.
Low modulus hybrid sealant
Zwaluw Hybriflex 540 is a high quality professional universal low modulus sealant based on hybrid technology, which cures under influence of humidity to form a durable elastic rubber.
ALCOLIN ACRYLIC SEALANT is a water based general-purpose, flexible sealant that is used for caulking, grouting, jointing and embedding in building construction. It is easy to apply and compatible with most materials used in construction e.g. concrete, wood, brick, natural and artificial stone, glass, metal and sanitary-ware.

ALCOLIN NEUTRAL CURE SILICONE is a neutral curing silicone sealant that has a low odour, making it ideal for use in confined areas. Its high quality formulation is non-corrosive to metals and glass and suitable for use on alkaline surfaces such as concrete, cement, brick and plaster. It is flexible, allowing for up to 25% movement accommodation making it great for expansion joints.
ALCOLIN CHEMICAL ANCHOR is an epoxy-based, styrene-free, high performance, rapid curing, two part chemical anchoring system. It is designed as a fast curing, high strength fixing anchor for very high loads and critical fixings especially in corrosive environments and damp conditions.

Will not bond to plastics e.g. polyethylene, polypropylene, Teflon.
For optimum strength, embedment depths must be within the range 4 diameters to 20 diameters.
Not suitable for anchoring structures exposed to particularly aggressive conditions e.g. permanent, alternating immersion in seawater or the splash zone of seawater.
Not recommended for overhead installations.
For anchoring applications, concrete must be a minimum of 21 days old prior to anchor installation.
