BH-38 is a heavy duty, industrial and commercial, butyl based detergent, formulated to easily and economically clean a large variety of industrial and domestic areas.

LOW FOAMING

Wetting agents permit BH-38 to be used in industrial pressure washers and automatic scrubbers.

ECONOMICAL

The cleaning action of BH-38 is remarkably fast, thereby reducing the time needed for normal labour requirements.
Consequent labour cost saving and cleaning efficiency results.

SAFE

BH-38 is a water soluble formulation, therefore, it is non-flammable. Also incorporated in the formulation are inorganic metal corrosion inhibitors, enabling the product to be non-corrosive on iron and mild steel surfaces, and has no attack on aluminium, paint, perspex, glass or plastic.
BH-38 is free of ammonia and contains no abrasive substances.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

BH-38 is a most versatile product. It may be applied using sprayers, brushes, or mops, depending on the surface to be cleaned. We recommend the user to experiment with BH-38 before establishing a cleaning procedure- in any case because of the product’s remarkable effectiveness; a higher dilution will accomplish the task thereby providing greater economy.
After the cleaning task is complete, the surface should be thoroughly rinsed.

BH-38 may be used with: High Pressure Washers, Automatic Floor Scrubbers, Dip & Soak Tanks, Mops & Brushes.

Although BH-38 is made for low to medium dilutions with water, it is recommended to first experiment with the ratio of dilution to be used. However, the following guide is for the more common uses of BH-38:
