I'm very pleased with the service provided by Alberton Hardware. I ordered a tool from them in the morning and as they promised, I received same day delivery. They also gave me a call to let me know that they were wrapping up the tool and that I would receive it soon. They were very friendly, speedy and helpful.I also thought the price on the tool was very reasonable, the most affordable (including the delivery price) and it's great quality!
Very simple looking place, but this shop has almost anything hardware you might be looking for. They no doubt are better than other big brand names, even in prices. So reasonable.

The security guard was very rude to me when he refused to open the gate 10min before closing time. I told him that I support the hardware but I don’t feel welcome any more and he said I can go elsewhere if I want. I skipped all the other hardware stores so that I would support the smaller neighbourhood hardware. I know better now

Really enjoy shopping here. Great place to find all your basic hardware supplies and also a place to find a big variety of odds and ends that you'd normally only get from more specialist stores. Staff are very helpful, knowledgeable and always walking around and offering help.

If you can't get what you want, they will get it for you. Items cheaper here than many places recommend.

Nice hardware shop with just about everything you need. Customer service however lacks as it's basically impossible to draw the staff's attention. Other than that it's a really well stocked hardware shop.

They got just about anything you may need for a DIY project. Staff is helpful and assisted with all my questions. The hardware store has been around as long as I can remember. Part of old Alberton. First time I found out that there is building material in the next street for pickup only but the staff there was even more friendly and helpful. Tied my channel iron down on the bakkie and arrived home with no problemsThank you
